How do I change my profile picture?
You will be able to click on your profile picture and change/ edit your picture.
How do I leave notes or feedback?
You can leave personal feedback on the helper’s profile when the star rating and feedback page pops up. You may also reach out to helpers via phone, email or live chat.
How can I add a note?
You can add notes before, during and after the helper appointment. These notes can be added to the client profile and if you have any further questions you can contact helpers directly.
Can I rate my Helper?
Yes, you can. We have a star rating system that helps us keep up with our current helper’s performance. The star rating system will consist of 5 stars.
How much does it cost per service?
It varies by service(s) and the amount of time needed.
Can I schedule the services in advance?
Yes, you can. There is a feature where you will be able to pre book your services and schedule to your needs if you desire.
Can I request a different helper?
Yes, you may request a different helper if there has been an issue with the current helper.
Can I tip my helper?
Yes, there will be a tip feature build into rating system where you will be able to tip your helper.
What are your hours of operation?
We are an on-demand home care application which means we are available 24/7 whenever you may need help.
Can I add additional person to an existing profile?
Yes, in your account settings you will be able to add additional people to your profile that can either
Can I delete an additional profile or member on my profile?
Yes, you can delete profiles or members in account setting as the same way you would add an additional member.
Can I replace a caregiver?
Yes, similar to adding an additional member to your profile, this is where you could replace the current caregiver for another person of your choosing. They would then have to create a new profile and add it to your account.
How do I change my password/ update my password?
Under account settings, there will be an option for security, under security there will be a change/ reset password option. You can either change or request a temporary password sent to your email or phone. From there you can use that password to login and then you will be prompted to change the temporary password.
